Stats appear to have frozen up during update

PS I see the fah-web pages are slow. We're getting a lot of extra traffic right now, likely due to the fb integration.

That's a good thing and a bad thing, right?
More publicity I hope.

So according to EOC there is NO UPDATE on points here at 6:00 CST . So the Server must be froze Again.

yep it's just taking time to load the user page
like 10mins to load up or longer - blank for a long time and load bar takes forever at bottom of browser
I'd say more than a traffic issue

I can't seem to get the team page -get this error "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

Please check out my blog posts on this stuff. I'll give input there. Briefly -- we're getting *a lot* of traffic, but it doesn't look to be fb-based. It seems that a few donornames are getting queried a lot, resulting in a DOS-like attack.

EDIT: Stats now updated at 16:29 PST, so took almost 30 minutes to update.

There's a server down which is slowing down the stats updates (they took 19 min for the 4pm Pacific time update). I expect it will be slow until it goes back up (likely tomorrow). We may switch it to update every 2 hours if this becomes a problem until the server comes back up.

PS We had an idea on how to fix this. We're checking it out. We are running a manual stats update now to test it.
