Many people have been able to complete it successfully.

I know ... that is what PantherX said. If it has been completed, why is it getting reissued and processed? It was completed by Feb 12, but someone got it on Feb 18. I'm fairly new to this, but it seems that once a work unit is done, it should not be sent out again.
