Any reason why it was base points vs full points? This was a Big Adv returned in under 24 hours?

Did you restart it from a backup file at any point.
2 - SM H8QGi-F AMD 6xxx=112 cores @ 3.2 & 3.9Ghz
5 - SM X9QRI-f+ Intel 4650 = 320 cores @ 3.15Ghz
2 - I7 980X 4.4Ghz 2-GTX680
1 - 2700k 4.4Ghz GTX680
Total = 464 cores folding

Certainly there was a reason, but only you can tell us which reason applies to you.
The WIKI lists eight requirements for a bonus. Actually, only seven are listed; the eighth is near the bottom: (You cannot change the User Name or Passkey between downloading and uploading.) A ninth should probably be added: The WU must not have an error.

Just completed another WU (Project: 2685 (Run 4, Clone 7, Gen 53)). It looks as if yet again, I only got base points (making assumption because the update for that period was obviously much less than the 100K points I was expecting.
There were NO errors in the log and again completed in under 24 hours. What am I missing here.

You got base points
Hi capreppy (team 33),
Your WU (P2685 R4 C7 G53) was added to the stats database on 2011-02-15 06:09:51 for 8955 points of credit.
I would suggest that you use the -oneunit flag and do a fresh installation of the SMP2 Beta Client v6.30 and use these flag -smp -bigadv -verbosity 9 and see if it changes anything. The -forceasm flag isn't required since FahCore_a3 doesn't need it. It could be possible that the client.cfg file got corrupted or something.
BTW, your FAHlog states this:
[13:59:55] + Number of Units Completed: 3
So I hope that you have already completed 10 FahCore_a3 (or FahCore_a2) with the same username and passkey combination. For a test, I would suggest that you temporarily fold at least one normal SMP2 WU to see if you get the Bonus points or not.

I have been running Big Adv since it's inception. I did have to redo the config file as it had been corrupted.

Manual editting of the config file is not without risks.

sure it is. that is why I always use the -configonly flag to do it.

Is your hard drive okay? Any SMART or Windows event viewer errors?
If you figure out what other problem might have caused the corruption, please let us know.

When you reconfigured, is there any chance that you mis-typed the passkey or changed the user name and the new combination needs 10 more WUs to qualify?
