Forgotten username & password for team stats

I have forgotten the username & password for my team stats and I would like to change the team name and website.
Any ideas?

Problem is he forgot the username

After you get your info back I'd recommend writing it down on a notecard or something. I can't tell you how many times I had friends online who figured they could just remember it and ended up having to remake an account for different things. Or for those times your hit with a complete blackout when your trying to remember something you use to thought was so easy to remember lol.
