Now that you pointed out I did receive the base points I have changed the thread title. Man I have been unlucky with points as of lately. I happen to be one of the unlucky that got given 53k points on a 73k point -bigadv wu a couple of weeks ago, then I also got hit with 6+ hours of no points for my seven 400 series gpu3 clients last week and now this.

Was it downloaded more than once?

You might try publishing the part of FAHlog where the WU was downloaded and started. Be sure to include the startup showing the User Name, the Team Number, the User ID, and the Machine ID.

As kasson said, the server indicates that a passkey was not detected when the WU was downloaded, but was detected when uploaded. Also, the passkey has to be entered prior to download, and must match at upload, and so does the user name, to be eligible for bonus.

Yes, please post the log showing the client startup, download, and completion of the WU to help them troubleshoot if there was a problem.

Why change from "-smp 12" setting to "-smp 8" and then to "-smp 10" and then back to "-smp 12" in the middle of a WU? That's not recommended, and could be the cause of the problem.

We're sorry, but the server records show no passkey at the time of WU assign. It's passkey at time of assign rather than return that matters. This work unit is therefore not eligible for a bonus. This decision is final.
