FAH "Official" list clients# problem?

Post by Qinsp »

On the FAH/Stanford website stats "Number of Clients", I'm getting N/A on one acct, and a couple others are wrong. Like one that has points yet lists 0 clients.

I use different accts (all in the same team) to help monitor actual status on machines until I get more sophisticated with the (excellent) donor-supplied tools like HFM.NET.

Am I the only one seeing this (ie - my end) or are others too?

I suspect it's just you ... and possibly because of some strange punctuation in your FAH names. Since I don't know your FAH names or any WU that you've completed I can't help.

Supported Fah user names are limited to alpha numerics. Sorry. (Other characters may work, but YMMV)

Thanks,

No, that's not the problem. The names are simple alphanumeric, no punctuation.

I can't get more data on it until the workday is over.

When the workday is over, search FAHlog for the string "Thank you" (which confirms something was completed). Then back up and find out what it was and when.
