Open beta release of the GPU3 core: new projects 10632 10633

Hi,

There will be new projects 10632 and 10633 for the open beta release of the GPU3 core (viewtopic.php?f=24&t=14671).

Some info regarding the project:

P10632 and 10633: Test simulations of villin with gpu openmm-gromacs

These beta tests are to evaluate the performance of a new core (openmm-gromacs) on gpu with Generalized Born (GB) model used as implicit solvent.

Points and deadlines: 611 points, timeout 2 days, deadline 3 days
