It would be nice to see some response from PG or the mods to say that they are aware of this.
I now have 4 GPUs idle.

Have 5 NVIDIA 250 GPU's awaiting OPENMMGPU wu's.

Other NVIDIA 250 GPU's are catching GROGPU2 wu's.

I followed the suggestion(s) on this forum thread and it allowed me to download a WU,though it is the older GPU2 WU I don't mind as long as production continues.
I am doing the beta client GPU3 on 8800 series gpu cards,so I guess Stanford ran out of this beta client WU on this server?
I hope this helps.

Thx noprob for the link!

I added the -advmethods flag to the GPU3 systray client and restarted it and now it's doing a WU. Hopefully the original problem with the server gets cleared up.

Server status says 38916 WUs available, 38916 WUs to go, 38916 Wus WAIT.
I do not know if this means it has given out all the available WUs?
If this is the case, why does it not re-assign to a different work server?
I manually reconfigured ny clients an hour ago to use advmethods, so have now picked up GPU2 WUs, but what will happen tomorrow when I am at work all day?

When a server has very few WUs to give out, the color on % Ass/% Ass 80/% Ass G/% Ass PS turns from green to blue and the numbers of WUs turn Bold. When that happens, the AS will send you to another server provided there is one with WUs that meet your requirements.

At this moment, 171.67.108.31 has plenty of GPU work to give out as do several other GPU servers.

That's nice, too bad clients can't get any work from that server and are sitting idle.

Typical, "Not my problem." response.

Well, truthfully, it is not my problem. I don't run the servers or configure the science. I'm a volunteer, just like you.

It may be a Pande Group problem and it may be a configuration problem in your system. I don't have any way to know. I can read the information provided on serverstat and I can see that in the past hour it as assigned some 1300 WUs and a few WUs were uploaded to it -- so it does look like the server is doing what the server should be doing.

When was the last time you restarted your client?
