PC updates?

I want to have a little discussion about the horsepowers of the ATi Radeon X1xxx-series if you compare them to the HD2xxx-series.

Theoretically the HD2xxx should be a LOT faster because it has much more shaders (for example: my HD2600Pro has 120 units and the X1950XTX 48), but it relies heavily on corespeed too.

What would be faster when you go Folding? Man I really can't wait until that ATi Radeon HD2xxx-Folding patch arrives
