I'm really impressed, but I hesitate to use the word "solved"
Certainly it's the closest thing to a solution that I've seen so far.
It's sort of like saying that humans have "evolved" which implies that the process is complete and no further adaptations will ever happen. (Even viruses continue to evolve.)
