Cash prizes for F@H performance

Post by smitten4science »

It appears you can earn money for your performance in F@H if you join some teams [Mod Edit] that offer prizes.

I guess you just have to join the team (group number [Mod Edit] ), and tell them you are competing and you get (via PayPal):
$150 -1st
$100 - 2nd
$50 - 3rd
$25 - 4th
$10 – 5th thru 12th
Prizes awarded per quarter (every 3 months)

I bet some people here could pick up some easy money with the systems they have set up.

Kind of depends if you are a science ho or points ho.

Good luck to the teams using cash bonuses. I bet there sites are heavily laden with ads. Not the sort of place i'd like to hang.

Actually, no ads. They are a non profit site. (The Immortality Institute) I think they are just trying to promote technologies that will have benefits that help combat aging related diseases.

The rules that you have set are dependant on the ammount of WU completed. How will you account for folders that have a mass amount of EUEs?

[Mod edit - - removed testimony about team and thread locked.

The competition is based on accumulated points in set time intervals, every three months. EUEs and work units count only by the number of accumulated points that they represent.
