8800gt = 10k ppd

Post by divery4eyes »

I check my stats, using kakaostats at least twice a day.
This morning I woke to a nice surprise, my first 10k day.
Now at first I thought that maybe the logs were in error.
Checked it and everything to my eyes looked ok.

Now just wunderin, is this possible? A little over 10k from a 512 mb 8800gt : :?
Or maybe there was a back credit of points

Either way, this has got to be a first. 8-)

here is the kakaostats page if you are interested

Kakao doesn't have individual updates from April 12, which were lumped in with the April 13 stats.

It is also possible that he received a recredit for the SMP WU's that previously didn't get properly credited: Stanford did that yesterday too which should boost some peoples points.

foureyes is his own team, with each machine/instance given a different user name. His 8800GT is just that, the #1 producer on team foureyes. Kakao stats lumped several updates into one, two days in a row, but it's possible a recredit is also involved, though only GPU WUs.

I missed the fact that the 12th was missing entirely. Obviously, Wrish didn't.
