I just started running a bigadv CPU client again after a few months off.
I've used the -advmethods flag on the A3 WU's for a week or so then reconfiged it to get the bigadv's again.
I finished a larger WU about 12 hours ago but haven't seen any bonus points for it. I'm usinf HFM to monitor my clients, even running the GRO-A3 I don't thhink my points are accurate.
I checked my user name....tank1023 and team number 111065 and passkey. All seem to be right.
Any ideas where my points are??
I'm running 3 GPU's on EVGA 275's
and one CPU on a I-7 @ 3.8
Thanks!

Re: Point issue
You finished a -bigadv unit 12 hours ago? Have the log for that part?
3 GTX275s give about 25000 PPD, and your submission history showed 35000+ PPD on successive days up until 3 days ago, so I think your A3's were being counted.

Re: Point issue
You really can't use HFM.net as a determination of whether you are getting bonus points or not. HFM.net just estimates the PPD based on frame times. Inside the preferences is a check box that simply determines if the bonus is calculated in the PPD or not.
If you want to determine if you are getting bonus or not, you can use a 3rd party stat program that gets its data from Stanford and examine the results for as fine of detail level as you can. Did you get a massive credit for a single WU (greater than the 25K native value for a -bigadv)? Even if there are more than a single WU returned, sometimes you can easily deduce that you got bonus because you can deduct the piddling points that the other WU's would be giving.
The best method, of course, is to post the project (run, clone, Gen) number and have a moderator look it up. I know the moderators have better things to do with their spare time but it is the best way.

Hi tank1023 (team 111065),
Your WU (P6015 R1 C94 G88) was added to the stats database on 2010-04-03 05:11:15 for 1823.71 points of credit.
You did receive bonus points.

Thanks for the info! Wasn't sure about the bonus points, guess I can't rely on HFM for accurate bonus info.

Re: Point issue
HFM gives a very reliable prediction, but it's always going to base that prediction on which choices you make in your preferences. Predictions are only accurate if the assumptions that it uses are valid. Did you tell it to assume you had completed 10 qualifying WUs or to assume that you did not?
