Official stats not updating
They don't appear to have updated for about 12hours going by the EOC stats page. Is there a problem?

Not sure what you are seeing but when I compare the official stats to 3rd party stats, the official ones are indeed updating.

Typical, it's just updated 2mins ago with the WU from 9pm last night.
I was seeing 2 630 000ish on the official stats and 2 695 637 on the EOC site. The official site was quite a few updates behind, but has now caught up.

lol .... I have seen similar results in the past.
Looking at the server status page the servers appear to be in the best shape they have been in quite some time. A few yellows but no reds. Guessing the changes that were made yesterday are having a positive affect.
