Reset a Team if the founder mail is unknown ...

Post by mc_chick »

Hello,

I have a small problem with the team i founded some months ago. I have to change the Team Name but forgot the Mail-Adress I used.
I tried many adresses, but no success.
Is it possible to "reset" the team 146565 "Telekom BBi Erfurt" in any way? Maybe you can change the team Name and Homepage per "Administration"?
Or you can tell me the mail-server (@idontknow.de) then i remember the alias...

Thanks

Contact dlucent with the maximum details you can give to prove that you're actually the owner of the team.

Hi,
I'm having a similar problem with my team, the founder can't remember/access the email he used, and certain details need updating. I've sent a PM to dlucent with as may details as possible as suggested, and also included the email where the founder can be reached (as I'm only writing on behalf).

My question is though, is there anyone else I could try contacting to resolve the issue, as dlucent hasn't been on for a few months, and I could do with this being resolved ASAP.
Thanks for any help

I'll forward this to someone else on the team. however, it will likely take a few more days to get back to you on this.

Could you pm me with an email? I can then forward that along.

Hi!
I am having similar troubles too with my team 96426. I tried to write dclucent, but it tells me 'We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature.". I've only just registered this forum account now to get help. Well, my team, which is now called 'davebeerman', which is the same as my username in that team. It was recently changed from the original "DB International". I also changed the password recently, and ever since then I am unable to change anything with the new or old password. Before I did all that I used the password recovery function to receive my old password. Now when I try to recover my password it tells me that the the team 'davebeerman' has been found, but that my username or email isnt correct. Please Help Me! Have I forever lost control over my team's settings?

Greetings from Hamburg, Germany!
