Project 2665 (Run 0, Clone 987, Gen 160)

I was running the 64-bit Linux SMP beta client when I got this:

Code: Select all

[07:14:53] Completed 250000 out of 250000 steps (100 percent)
[07:14:53] Writing final coordinates.
[07:14:54] Past main M.D. loop
[07:14:54] Will end MPI now
[07:15:54]
[07:15:54] Finished Work Unit:
[07:15:54] - Reading up to 21310704 from "work/wudata_04.arc": Read 21310704
[07:15:54] - Reading up to 561356 from "work/wudata_04.xtc": Read 561356
[07:15:54] goefile size: 0
[07:15:54] logfile size: 233595
[07:15:54] Leaving Run
[07:15:55] - Writing 22112027 bytes of core data to disk...
[07:15:55] ... Done.
[07:19:14]
[07:19:14] Folding@home Core Shutdown: INTERRUPTED
[07:19:19] CoreStatus = 12 (18)
[07:19:19] Client-core communications error: ERROR 0x12
[07:19:19] Deleting current work unit & continuing...
[07:26:00] - Preparing to get new work unit...
Wonder what might have caused it. It's been running under my user account for the whole time, permissions look OK, and I'm nowhere near a full disk.
