Have a look at this! Initially thought my GTX260 was running very slow at 2300ppd but was actually over 23,000ppd at one point
13-14 sec per frame, very nice, didn't get time for a screen shot of fahmon but here's the log.

Yes that's why I've reported it here under 'issues', definately not 'normal' maybe something missing? Certainly well over double speed for these units. Reason for the smilies is I have had a few hardware problems recently and initially thought this was going to be more.

Umm I actually do now have another one
not quite as fast but still Fahmon reading 13863.23 ppd way above my normal 8714-8970ppd for these units.

I'd be curious to see how next generations fold ... that might some kind of bad WU that will lead to a) super slow units b) bad units that crash ...

So are they science or missing something? Certainly produce some heat, this ones running at 89C while its same series 'friends' are only at 68C and 65C according to speedfan. The other 5766 I am running is at 8970ppd. But this one still reading 13,863 ppd now at 62% and 13 minutes to go.
Not complaining but concerned its faulty somehow.

I took a look at the WUs in question, and it looks like the number of steps in the simulation was corrupted somehow. Hence, I am KILLING this WU. (you'll still get credit, but no new WUs will go out). Thanks --Vince

Happy to bring it to your attention, the points comp is fun but would rather do good science.

13863.27 ppd all it's friends doing 8970 ppd not quite as impressive as the first one I got, but still seems suspiciously fast also a 5766 unit.
I am the only one getting these? Or just the only one noticing, unsure how many I haven't seen. They are also hotter than normal, this one 94C ouch!
