171.67.108.24: Server reports digital signature.....

Exactly the same as the last time (http://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=10776), July 22, I had a problem with this particular machine, so it's no longer a one off. I've checked system logs for errors, filesystem for corruption. Is it possible to debug this any further from the Stanford end?

Not much to see here--the work packet we received failed its digital signature check (looked through our logs and found the assign and the attempted upload).

Just to eliminate filesystem corruption, can you try uploading this from another machine? (You may have to copy some sort of a machine identifier file, something like the registry key in Windows. Sorry, I've never Folded on Linux).

Not possible. But if it happens again I'll try. (WU has passed deadline and been deleted from the queue.) I'm not at all convinced this is due to local filesystem corruption. I ran a SMART diagnostic on the disk, followed by an fsck on the filesystem. Nothing was flagged up.
