Yes, well understood. Reinstalling 8.4.9 reveals for me that the GPU is switched off. Reinstalling 8.5.5 simply ignored that and it claims to wait for approval of the GPU. I wiped all FAH components and reinstalled anew but that did not help. Still saying the GPU is ON and awaiting approval. Any sug...

In 8.5.5 my client is on hold telling me that it is awaiting confirmation that my unsupported GPU is supported. Back to 8.4.9 and everything is working again and the unsupported GPU is deselected.
8.5.5 lacks the checkbox for deselecting the GPU ...
