So are they actually running F@H in a cluster configuration? or do they just have a bunch of linux boxes running F@H?

You must assign machine IDs

When your start the program for the first time it will bring up the configuation, make sure you use a different machine ID on each one.

Just creates the proper folders, and shortcuts, flags, and copies the needed dlls to those folders.
So all you have to do start each GPU is click the appropriate shortcut.

Well first things first make sure the desktop is extended I always leave physx and SLI disabled (its been a while since i did multi-GPU so this may have changed...but just to be safe disable them for now) Make sure you are running the latest Systray Client http://www.stanford.edu/group/pandegroup/fo...

Yea on your linux box you need to download the latest client.
I recommend the finstall method

New Windows 6.29 Beta question. I have 64-bit Ultimate, but I see the new beta only lists up through Vista. Does this mean Windows 7 will not be supported in any way? Crazy as the timing is, I have a -oneunit flagged in my native Linux install on that machine, and was planning to run in a Debian 5 ...
