I got that from the client configuration page, directly below the Username textbox. Correct info or not, he quoted something differing from the client configuration screen.

Perhaps there's a need for a client text update?

I do see a pattern; however, the team name having an apostrophe in it is irrelevant. I changed my username, and am now receiving credit for work units completed. The team name, since you don't configure the client with the name itself, has no effect on the collection server queries. I'm going to ass...

I changed my username to something without an apostrophe. We'll see if I get credit for this work unit that's 10% complete right now.
If not, I'll suggest to my brother to change our team name by removing the apostrophe. Hopefully, that solves it.

I had already checked my configuration, and it had not misplaced my account name or team number.

I am guessing it's futile to request credit for the 50+ WU's I submitted over the last 5 days without receiving credit. It's highly irritating that nobody has a clue what's going on.

I haven't received credit for well over 50 WU's now. Not a single WU has been credited since the update on 12/18/2008 @20:00. Given my previous history, that adds up to around 56 WUs that I haven't received credit for. Folding is going on hold until I get some answer or fix for this...

I just looked at the stats for my team (Kolo'ula [150518]) on kakaostats.com. It turns out that my brother (the other member of my team - who runs his F@H client on his PS3 24/7) hasn't made any updates in the last 4 days either, according to the stats. I find this curious. Clearly there must be some disconnect between the assignment and collection servers. The assignment server(s) must not be recording that it assigned a particular WU to me when I pick it up, and then assigns it to someone else. The collection server may be behaving properly in this case, if it as ass...

Ok, that tells me nothing, really. I'd like to know why I'm not getting credit for the WU's my GPU client thinks it's turning in. I've given you the log.
