patonb: Do you find that the VMWare client makes certain tasks within the windows desktop environment lag?
It seems like the VMWare processes have a slightly higher priority than the standard FAH clients/cores...

NotFred SMP writes checkpoints?
Does anyone know if the NotFred SMP clients write checkpoint files to a local filesystem eg, if I ran the machine in a VM, and needed to reboot the host, would I lose any progress on the current WU? Currently running ubuntu 8.04 and the linux6.24beta and finding it faster but I'm having issues with ...

Removing benchmarks from Fahmon 2.3.4
I've made a change to my machine and would like to remove the benchmarks existing benchmarks from FAHmon 2.3.4 without doing a reinstall.
Have tried deleting the 'benchmarks' file (may be left over from previous version), and still have the benchmarks displaying...
Any ideas where to look?
