Thanks but that thread produces the same outcome. I have over 1.8 billion total points and the certificate generation does not work now. The certificate for WU works fine.

When I attempt to generate a certificate for my Total score at stats.foldingathome.org/donor/[donor name] it generates a jpg certificate for Total WUs instead. I used to be able to generate a jpg certificate when I clicked on my total score points. Something is amiss.

No, that's just it. My production is way down. I'm averaging about 800,000 points per day whereas prior to 10/16 I was producing around 2,000,000 points per day. The logs look fine. I'm going to try not requesting "Alzheimer's".
