OK it looks like something is screwed up. The database is showing "GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER 0 TU104" that looks wrong to me. I don't know what the 0 TU104 is I'll pass this along and hopefully get it sorted out.

Some strange is going on with 13420 WUs. I've have a range of PPD with them that goes from 600K up to 1.5M with different WUs.
