Ok, drivers updated, problem solved, performance increased.
Thanks Jimbo!

Thanks Jimbo, I missed this one!
I'll update the drivers and try to report later today.

18201: no CUDA support anymore /SOLVED\
Since yesterday I'm seeing problems with 18201 on most of my GPUs: I'm getting following errors: Windows 10: Error loading CUDA module: CUDA_ERROR_INVALID_PTX (218) Ubuntu: Error loading CUDA module: CUDA_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED_PTX_VERSION (222) This happens on: - Titan XP (ubuntu, 2 different machines, ...

Re: Upcoming AMD gpus and big navi
Well, on 17320,17321 and 17322, my R VIIs under win 10 have higher PPD than my Titan XPs under Linux (2.8 Mppd versus 2.5).

Thanks for taking care of this John!JohnChodera wrote:
This was my fault! I spotted what I thought was a misconfiguration, yesterday, but accidentally created this mess. Sorry about that! It's been corrected now.

Now they are all getting the 13428s

Interesting, the 1660 Super is also still getting 13428s.

Funny that no "fast" Nvidia GPU get those 13429...

Re: Project 13429 issued to AMD Vega 64
Radeon VII and Vega are getting 13429 again, with extremely low PPD as a result.

Re: 13429 low ppd on fiji XT
Following the announcement from JohnChodera, "13429 is the ligand in solvent, and restricted to narrow GPUs".
The Fiji xt, R VII, Vega Fe... are by no means "narrow GPUs" and shouldn't be part of 13429 but 13428.

Re: 13429 low ppd on fiji XT
Please remove the high end AMD cards from this project! Vega Frontier Edition LC bringing barely 300k PPD instead of 1.3M PPD and Radeon VII 260k instead of 1.6-1.8M. It's just a waste of electricity! Edit: barely better with the adjusted credits... 350k for the Vega FE LC... still 250k for the R VI...

17304 is excluded from amd GPUs (PPD extremely low) and not for very fast Nvidia GPUs (low ppd).
17305 is limited to fast amd GPUs and very fast nvidia GPUs

Re: Project 16921 extremely low ppd
I see the same on an AMD Vega FE and on 2 different R VII: PPD less than 1/2 on what the cards are getting (on one r vii it's less than 1/3...) for other projects.
1080Ti and Titan Xp (under Linux) are showing "normal" PPD.
