(Late) Update: looks like I started getting bonus and then stopped again. I discovered that the clients reverted to the wrong passkey. I've reset the passkey and restarted both clients and now the bonus appears to be working properly.

Thanks for the information. It looks like the stats now show 94 completed WUs (same info shows for both passkeys), so I suppose maybe the problem is fixed?
