Quick update: After booting up my PC today, the WU uploaded without any problem.

I don't think so. The WU is still listed in my client in the "Send" status. If it had been received by the server, it would be gone from my client, wouldn't it?

My client has completed the aforementioned WU and has been attempting to upload it for hours. I have restarted my client, but this doesn't seem to have fixed the issue.
