Another question, I've noticed that on my laptop the CPU will process through a project, but the internal GPU will not?

That did it. I'd ask why but I may not understand the why.

I can't seem to get Web control to work properly on any browser.

Chrome it reloads the screen continuously, on Brave the same. On Internet Explorer it says Client Connection Timed out.

Any suggestions?
