I also have Chrome, but Safari is set as standard. Edit: After installing Firefox, it worked!

Re: Running a GPU WU on a Mac Studio
I am assuming you are running version 7.6.21 of the client. I hadn't tried that on my Studio, went directly to running the v8 Beta release.. Installation of beta fah-client_8.1.18_universal.pkg terminates with an error, so I can't test it. ("An error occurred during the installation. Please co...

Re: Running a GPU WU on a Mac Studio
I will look into it. Also not sure whether it is a client problem or a server problem. I am assuming you are running version 7.6.21 of the client. Yes, 7.6.21 client. I don't know how to get the beta, installed from the foldingathome.org main page. I'd try the beta, would it be technically difficul...

Re: Running a GPU WU on a Mac Studio
Looking at the log for the running WU, it shows version 0.0.12 of the Core_A8. The other possibility is that the client and server misidentified which core was needed for the newer M2 processor and downloaded the Intel version for macOS instead go the ARM64 one. You're absolutely right! Seems my CP...

Re: Running a GPU WU on a Mac Studio
Thank you very much for your kind reply, @Joe_H! As I'm new on Mac, I still have to learn how things work in detail. However, it at least seams to me as if FahCore_a8 uses x86-Code (Intel/AMD), which has to be translated via Rosetta 2 for macOS on Apple Silicon. Here a snippet from the process analy...

Any updates to native Apple Silicon Support for CPU folding? Is the new client still being worked on? M2 Mac Studio on Rosetta 2 pumping out 500k PPD currently...

Re: "Client statistics by OS" current?
I am very grateful and also proud to report that F@h on 20/03/20 exceeded the cumulative performance of 958 PFLOPS. The stats are back online and made a huge jump upwards! Thanks for all your efforts! F@h now exceeds the performance of the biggest supercomputer by a factor of 6,44!

Re: WorkServer connection failed
IMHO the work server is the bottleneck, as has been mentioned by several forum admins.aaronbrighton wrote:Issue appears to have returned throughout the day. At present one of my GPU instances is sitting idle :/. Is there too many GPU's and not enough work? Or is the bottleneck the work server not keeping up?

Re: stats not updating
The problems are with the server that acts as a frontend for the database. So WU's are still being entered into the database, just some of the reports that get pulled from the database are not working at this time. I noticed a problem under https://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=61&t=32283 . ...

Re: No more WUs for my GPU available?
...On a possibly-related note, is anyone else curious who the mystery company is who provided the sudden boost of cloud computing GPUs? (Or does anyone know?) Yeah, I looked it up. They are literally called CoreWeave and say that they use around 6.000 (!) GPUs at the moment to fight COVID. Nice 8-)...

Re: Stats API
If anyone needs to know, "bad Gateway" seems to an issue only on my Win10 machine when trying to access the team stats , but working properly on my Mac 10.6 box. I get bad gateway all the time, on Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and my iPhone with iOS (obviously). Seems to be server-based. Just t...
