I was able to get another unit. To be fair this is the first time my SMP machine has been starved for work in quite a long time. Running the latest linux version (6.29)

One of my machines has been unable to get another work unit for the last 12 hours. 2671 (R24, C41, G91)

These have already been reported in this thread by two other folders.

Both work units reported CoreStatus = FF (255) as soon as they started. Went through three downloads of the same unit each with the same failure. It turns out it wasn't the firewall. I compiled it again and It's repeating the same behaviour and I've tried numerous firewall options including disabling firewalls on both sides. I did run gdb though although now FahMon is hanging rather than crashing. The 'Downloading New Projects' window appears...

Since you're on Linux you can probably help debug this. Compile FahMon again, make sure you do not strip the binary (by default it won't), and then launch FahMon through gdb with gdb fahmon Then type run, hit enter and see what happens.
