Messed up on the log. Cleared and the reset it so I lost everything. Does F@H save logs?

Removed F@H from computer, reinstalled and restarted and manually added all info. Seems to be working via the donnor points search but in the process I lost 734751 points because for some reason F@H crashed. Are those points gone for good or is there a way to request them to be added back??
