I also am seeing this. In the 30 minutes since I restarted my browser, I've gotten 2 ERR_CONNECTION_RESET and 5 ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT in the debug console. assign5.stanford.edu pings ok for me as well.

Funny, the issue on my end has returned. Tried the https trick, which worked, though not for NaCl. I suppose all that can be safely assumed is that something funky is going on with Comcast, Internet2, or Cenic (networks my hops are on), I guess.

All of my connectivity issues to folding.stanford.edu have now resolved. Is it possible that this could have been an IPv6 issue? Appears down for me. This is affecting both NaCl client as well as Web Control for the normal client. My browsers with the NaCl client already running are continuing to get work, so it seems to be only affecting the web servers.
