It looks like Google Chrome has way more parameters related to GPU hardware acceleration then those 5 listed on the page I've mentioned. Running chrome with --disable-gpu disabled them all at once. Now I can use my browser and fold on GPU in the same time. Hope it helps someone. I'm glad I've helped...
