Hi vollmey.. 
I think that u must read the text doc's included in the Fahmon download.
It gives a list of packages to install so u can run the ./configure
& make install commands.
If u have done this already please check u have installed the most recent versions of these apps.

Can i find out what this Project is points wise. Fahmon does not reconcile this wu with it;s web download function. Is there a link to this specific WU.
