I'm using ext4 and an SSD. I leave it running 24/7 and while I occasionally use the computer, I didnt for almost two weeks when I started it up folding and the PPD listed by the client showed ~3k. It it possible that it is just displaying incorrently? Also I left NaCl running overnight and so far it...

I changed an update manager that was updating every 15 min to 1 day checking instead- still, f@h is using 400% of the cpu power (all four cores) almost all of the time, runnning top and fahcontrol might drop it down to 385% or something like that, not it's pretty much got the full run of the machine...

first off all, in mint 13 my athlon ii x4 pulls about 7k average. im in a team tc and lost, in order to have better chance next month I really need to be pulling atleast 10k hopfuly 12 k out of this. any 'tweaks' are 'hacks' you could fill me in on? are there any linux distros that do a good deal be...
