To be honest the appearance of 8.4.9 was near perfect.
Maybe its good idea to make "Machines Total" section customizable so people can bring back mach/cpu/gpu totals to machine view if they want?
And make disable/enable checkbox for new chart under appearance section?

Re: What happens with dumped WUs?
You DO realise that point are made up and don't matter?? Project does not need attitude like that. I do realise that something broken and need to be fixed because in the spring of this year all projects produced approx same amount of points. Now the difference between projects is getting worse and ...

Re: What happens with dumped WUs?
They pause to think why you dumped them. Please do not dump WUs I won't do it once the point system is fixed. Sometimes I'm dumping "shitty" WU's with low PPD outcome. I already mention about brocken point system in another topic but looks like nobody cares and it's getting only worse and...

Don't want to make another topic, so just ask here.
Client ver 8.4.9
Sometimes I dump WUs with dump button and these WU's are still indicated as paused. Why?

Re: PCIe bandwidth requirements (RTX 50xx edition)
But for what it's worth to anyone, I also (surprisingly) noticed quite a difference going from x8/x8 pcie 4.0 to x8/x8 pcie 5.0. At least 2-3m PPD on the combined total for both cards. These are trends I've noticed over multiple days. So take it with a grain of salt if you will, but from what I'm s...

Re: 12129 is cruel to small GPUs
For p12129, the short answer is : we don't know why some trajectories are slower than the original ones. I started approx 10 of them but completed only a couple. Picture was the same: all trajectories of p12129 produce significantly less points in terms of PPD then other projects. Also please take ...

Re: 12129 is cruel to small GPUs
nVidia stopped supporting and improving their CUDA libraries for older generation cards. New drivers new performance improvements to newer cards. This negatively impacts old cards. This is natural, especially with cards so old as 1000 series. This happened not so long ago. I don't believe in miracl...

Re: 12129 is cruel to small GPUs
I don't think so. 15402 and 15404 are still at the same level of points and these projects running on Core24, same as slowest 12129. Also we have people with RTX 5090 in this topic who reported the same issue at least for 12129.

Re: 12129 is cruel to small GPUs
I think that the problem is more about rewarding points. It's too low for this project. I wrote down some statistics for this and other projects that we have running now and ... surprise... many projects affected by the same issue. I have statistics from spring of this year for the same machine base...

Re: 12129 is cruel to small GPUs
For sure something wrong with reward points on 12129 project. I tried it on 1070Ti and 1080Ti and I got lowest PPD ever. ANY other project making at least 20% more.

Project 19600
Couple of days ago I noticed that 19600 disappeared from the list of active projects. Is it complete? No more 19600 WUs or it's just the issue with the server 160.45.68.201 ?

Re: Retry to download WU
I know.
Just want to know is there any limit on retries in 8.4.9.
I'm running remote workstation and not watching the client. 7.6 had no problems with dropping the downloading process and getting new assignment. Looks like 8.4.9 don't want to drop downloading.
