Persoanlly for that rig i would run 1 instance of smp 6 and stop folding on the 5770 until the openCL core comes out for ATI. Running my own x6 i get just over 11k PPD but mines at 3.5 so i reckon 8-9k PPD depending on the WU for your machine. 1) would 5 cores for SMP be okay? I really would like t...

Well I've already started techically, for a while. And usually I look at my rank or Team Rank for an idea of how good I am doing. So I wanted to know, what is an average PPD for folding? Or if not Average, then what is one that I can be proud of? Specs that matter: AMD Phenom II 1055T 2.Ghz Hex Core...
