How long has the client been attempting to send the WU? Also, please post more of your log showing at least the beginning of the log, beginning of the WU being processed and the completion. Days now, I think its going to expire in another 2-3. Heres the whole log file from what's currently going on...

Yea looks like that is probably the problem, I just reinstalled 13.3beta and its starting the work unit and it hasn't crashed yet.

So far fah is dumping unit after unit because of unstable machine, this has started happening after I updated so 13.3 beta ( hd 5870 win7x64) note this isn't a f@h thing, was also trying bit coin mine, and it gets a similar hardware error. +4 all of mine are waiting for work, I just switched all 3 of my cpu's to smp-4 for the extra performance because I'm betting its going to be a while before anything is done about this unless a work server is down which i don't think is the case because PG hasn't said anything but idk
