With the upcoming holiday and Stanford not being in session, it may take a while. Statistically the stats server outages correlates very well with any given event of extended holiday/long weekend. So it behaves as usual. On the positive side: Santa will leave us a huge credit postings once he fixed...

Stats were just down recently, why didn't y'all do maintenance at that time???

Yes it is...I have NOT run all the Windows Updates yet tho'...I suppose that could be the problem...

edit: my bad... I thought SP1 was installed, at least my WU history said it was, however it's not so we're installing it now.

Error 0xc0000005 is a Windows error, so the Windows event Viewer will have an entry at that time. Please post that information.
