Folding Forum

I just got back into folding and installed the new 6.30 smp on my windows 7, anthlon X2 6000+ windsor, 4gb ram computer and am only getting ~300 ppd. I seem to remember getting 1000+ with this same computer last summer. can anyone tell me what has changed, or is this what I should expect from my cpu...
