I did a little more research. I fired up an old Windows 7 box and the EOC pages opened right up. So I guess it's not my ISP after all. It looks like my copy of Firefox had some bad DNS Cache entries. Basically, I think my ISP (Optimum) is on Jason's 'naughty' list and is being blocked.
