Arabic Language on Home page.

Hi!
my name is Salem, i'm Arabian.. and i need to help you to add Arabic language in the list language of main page. the translation is ready now and i have done the first page recently. later i shall do many pages of the website.
Note:
we are interesting about this project, and many Arabian want to know more about it. we have the first team, most strong among Arabian teams. that's Arabhardware (155660) we've been folding a few months ago but we reached less 900 so far.
so we want to attract many people Arabian by our language in this website.
