please help i am using cpu client but i want the gpu client

You don't have to uninstall the CPU client. You can run the CPU and the GPU clients side-by-side because the GPU client does not use much CPU.

It depends; If you're running ATi it will use more CPU than Nvidia. If you have single core, I would just run the GPU client.

Not so with the latest ATI core (1.24) and drivers (Catalyst 9.2 and newer). It now uses less than 2% of a core, though you may need to set some Environment Variables to get it working right on your machine (viewtopic.php?f=51&t=9162&start=180).

Wow, seems as though the ati team have really made progress, thanks for the info :D
