How,if possible, can a WU that is being performed on a machine be transfered to another faster machine for completion?

If a CPU client, stop the client, and copy the entire fah folder to the new computer, restart the client.

If one of the other clients, it will take more. Tell us which client you want to move, and we will tell you how.

Install the same client on the faster computer.
Do not start up that new client.
Follow the GPU2 FAQ instructions for creating a new shortcut to that new client.
Edit that shortcut to add the -configonly switch.
Run the client from that shortcut, and enter the same settings as the original client. It should shut down.
Now copy the fah <apps data> folder from the old computer to the new computer (see GPU2 FAQ for more info).
Edit the shortcut to remove -configonly, and start up the client. It should pick up on the existing WU.

Due to new security protocols, you will either need to stop the client at 99%, and move the apps data back to the original computer, and let it finish and upload from there... or read the fah wiki topic about sneakernetting and change the FAH IDs on the new computer to match the old computer.

Sorry, it's not for the casual user. It might be best to let the slower client finish the current WU.
