Stats problem

I have noticed a stats problem with core 81 46xx and 248x 905 point WUs that has occured in the past few days.
The points get credited and WU count get incremented, however when you go into detailed listings you cant find the just completed WU type.

If you add up WUs in detailed listings you come up short of the WU count.

In the par two days, I have now had this problem 6 times with 46xx type WUs (client UM_2009, team 96377) and once with a 248x type WU (Client Isabelle_B2, team 96377).

This is a sad day for me, I have a complete record of allmost all WUs copleted by User Mactin and now team Mactin.
Part of the fun in fah was keeping up with WUs and the records. I was living with the slow stats.

Don't worry they will become available again :)

thanks, that's useful feedback for us to hear. We are thinking about ways to handle this better. For now, I think the majority of the donors prefer the faster stats.

What do you think if we kept project info, but kept it just for every week or every month. Would that be interesting? Right now, keeping track of every project for every donor adds up to a lot of data.

I love the old (slow) stats too. Isn't it possible to have a stat system where you can see how many WU one has calculated by each project in total? I would be very happy about it, even when it is only updated once a week or so.
But if it is too much data, than I think we have to live with the reduced but fast starts...

I don't think you can make that promise.

Is there an official statement to that effect? Everything I've read says they may become available again -- but no promises.

I was going from the impression I got from the discussion about the passkey being needed for viewing the new personal statistics with the comment it would be required mostly on the grounds of privacy as well as to speed up the statistics. I don't think I seen a official statement, but I do recall it being said that the data is still being counted and it's my strong personal believe they will become available again at a later time. I should have made that more clear sorry.

Do you mean project updates every week ? That would be very good.

Having only a week (or a month) of project stats would be problematic. The key here is having enough info to figure out what is what, where, when and by who, while minimizing errors (data integrity is important).
