Project: 3858 (Run 5043, Clone 0, Gen 34) Fractional Credit

Hello,
Per a recent attempt on Project: 3858 (Run 5043, Clone 0, Gen 34). My computer successfully completed about 94 percent of this job before it failed/ended with a mdrun returned -1 after about 21 hours of work. Instead of a possible 450 points, I only get 9.
This is about the third or fourth time a job failed to finish, this one was closest to completion with a nice number of points lost. Most were in the 385x series from the past few weeks or so. Seems one would get more points, especially being so close to completion....
Is there a reason some of the jobs are failing to complete ~ could one be -advmethods setting in the client's configuration? This has helped me on the whole gain more points despite an 'aging' platform, compared to folding without it. I thought this system was underpowered to use a 'high performance' client, but reading through the documentation is giving me second thoughts. Thought you needed a 4-core machine for that, or it was recommended. A GPU upgrade is out of the question with my current setup; as my ATI Radeon X1600 Pro graphic card is too old for what you are doing now. I am folding 24/7 except when thunderstorms get too close or for maintenance.
Current FAH settings on this AMD-X2 4200 platform with 1 gig of RAM --- slightly overclocked.

but uses all of the CPU when it is folding
am using -advmethods as my only additional parameter
