Folding for personal projects

I don't know if this has been answered, did some searching and I could not find an answer. Is there a way to adapt the Folding@home software to input amino acid sequences from a personal database to start a "personal" or private folding network at my university research group?

Welcome to the forum, BlakeS.

No, F@h doesn't work like that. However, you might want to investigate a spin off of F@h, called OpenMM. The F@h project lead posted about it in his blog. (News link at the top...) Here is a direct link: http://folding.typepad.com/news/2009/01 ... 12-13.html

Edit: Eh, too slow. ;)

Thank you very much, OpenMM is what I need. Now to start playing with it and get everything setup like I want it...
