Issue with assignement server? [nvidia WUs]

For the last couple of days my three NVidia GPU2 clients have only downloaded 384p WU's. Around 100 or so... That seems wrong as I see other folders still have a blend of different WU's. And one of the team members have _only_ had 480p WU's for a while (>1 day). I wrote more details here viewtopic.php?f=50&t=7806 but no answer yet.

Many thanks

-Dennis

After around two weeks of observing this issue, it now seems like "everyone" is getting the WU's in blended manner again.

Thanks

@nk6002 and Teddy, Can you post the contents of your client.cfg files?

Teddy, Is your system running on Windows? Do you have use any flags like advmethods?

Don't have -advmethods on that particular client. I tried small,, normal & big work units and no option would get me work.
Mysteriously since you posted your message the assignment server decided to dish out work, after many, many attempts...

& Yes its running XP Pro.
Note I am running around 27 clients some WIN XP & some Ubuntu 8.10...

I have noticed a significant drop in team production today. EDIT: We were 20 % compared to daily average.

I'm wondering if it is due to a lack of proteins. I will ask our team members.

My apologies I caught the news tonite & saw that it was Martin Luther King Jr day.

We will be & have been getting plenty of coverage about Barack Obama here in Aus. Live coverage on TV starts in the middle of the night here

Cheers Teddy

Yesterday was Martin Luther King Jr day which is a holiday for some and not for others. (Our courthouse was closed, but our city offices were open.) I'm not sure about Stanford University, but the Pande Group monitors their servers even on holidays.

Today is inauguration day and as of a couple hours ago, Barack Obama is now the President of the USA. Inauguration day is not a holiday though today will certainly be remembered as an important day in history. Some businesses took the morning off and many schools assembled the students to watch the event.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day is a federal holiday; Individual states and their offices can do what they want.
