Capping Uploads

Did a search, no joy.

Is it possible to cap the upload speeds when the folding client is returning
a finished work unit? Having several clients running (all SMP and GPU) can
really cripple the LAN/WAN when even one is uploading let alone 2 or 3
at the same time.

Would be very nice to have a cap range built into the options.

With Unices you sure can go with trickle. Dunno about windows though.

Have heard of a program called NetLimiter (first search result in Google); never used it.

NetLimiter looks like it would do what I was asking, but it would cost me several hundred dollars in licenses for the systems I have.

Perhaps I should be looking for a router that can do this or hope that Stanford can build into the clients a bandwidth cap option
for uploads.
