I know we discussed this a few times on the old forum.

If something were to happen with a wu, would you be able to see it with jmol?

I was just checking my machines before going off to bed. My C2D, which folds happily at 13.5 MPF, had taken
an hour and 45 minutes for each of the last two frames. Needless to say, I checked it out. Shut down the client,
control - c, everything looking fine.

Restarted the client, its been 45 minutes, still working.

I'm going to bed. Check it in the morning. Yes I saved a copy of the folder.

What no takers. Still doing 1 hr 47 min PF.
Saved a new copy. Going to try and run on another machine to see what happens.

Jmol displays static images. If you took a copy of the .xyz file before a folding event and another snapshot after the even, you might be able to see a difference, but you'd have to have more knowledge about what you're looking for than a layman like me has.
